The Last of Us: Muse’s ‘Survival’ Trailer

I did very minor editing and added the song ‘Survival’ (London 2012 Olympic theme song) by one of my favorite bands, Muse, into the trailers of The Last of Us. I did not create the two trailers which were done by Naughty Dog, but I added some gameplay death scenes near the end. I think the music synchronized pretty well with the commotion. Satisfied =]]

One of my favorite games! Completed it three times.

Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood faction house.

I often design my own buildings, but this time around I used a house from Assassin’s Creed. Made some tweaks though. There were no dimensions so I took the liberty of my made up ones.

Total square feet is 1650. Added Brick Antique to the top half above the 36″ Stone Coursed veneer which are entirely wrapped around the house. Initially made it all bricked with stone below, but there was too much brick I felt it was impractical so why not a little variety of dividing the west with brick and east with Cladding Weathered wood. The columns and walls are of marble material.

The 7’X5′ window frames are eight piece set. The 3’X8′ doors are embellished with just some abstract doodles I quickly made. The lanterns frustrated the heck out of me! Everything was going smoothly until I tried to use the Follow Me tool to make the 90 degree pipe frame. After about an hour of fails, I searched up a forum and realized I was doing it right, it was just that SKU didn’t seem to like curved piped angles. I extruded the lines longer and finally it worked! The 25’X8′ balcony–base is Polished Concrete and the rail/guards are Wood Plywood Knots.

The exterior/interior walls are both 6″ thick. The interior is empty. Don’t know yet if I plan to add partitions and stairs because I have another project of my own I have kept backlogged that I would like to resume. Time will tell, but spiral stairs shall definitely be added!

The Walking Dead: The Same Boat (RANT)!

SMH! All this Negan-hype for years and he just gets a bullet to the head by Rick?! I guess I’m partly to blame for blindly following the bandwagon.

Ask me, Dwight was one of the guys who was lured into the Killing Floor, but somehow made it out alive yet scarred. He finds out later that Carol was solely responsible. As she bakes her famous oatmeal cookies, she gets an arrow through her head out of nowhere.

In Memory & Honor of Glenn Rhee (who’s still dandy)

Something I made to, you know, prove that no matter what difficult spot he’s in, Glenn is too OP, LOL. I believe this scene was from season two (premiered Oct. 16, 2011) when Hershel’s (R.I.P.) water was tasting funky. Team Rick peer pressured Glenn to go potholing down the well.

Can’t contain my excitement for Sunday! Winter is coming, but Negan is DEFINITELY coming (soon)! Rick has become too pompous and overconfident. God knows I love him, but he needs to be punished by Negan to kingdom come. Casually believing you can part the rotting walkers and barbaric humans like the Red Sea will get you killed.

Prepare to get schooled.

IMHO 1 of ?: The Walking Dead’s Season 5’s Crossed

'WTF, bro?!'
‘WTF, bro?!’

One of these days Daryl will either die, commit suicide, or leave the group in a ‘goodbye my friends, I have personal issues to take care of on my own’ or in bad terms from possibly losing Carol and/or Beth. This is when Abraham will be Rick’s new right-hand man.

Last episode of Crossed, I could see Rick got a bit pissed and surprised/agitated/hurt/you name it that Daryl chose to side with Tyreese’s strategy of capturing the officers and using them as leverage instead of Rick’s original plan of kill all. Perhaps Rick doesn’t want to go back to his former days like in the Prison, farming peas and not wanting to be the good ‘dictator’ he was in the first two seasons (‘This isn’t a democracy!’ line in season two’s finale). He even held up and was about to kill that guy who was beating Daryl. Since Daryl is now seen as a ‘man’ by Carol’s view, he stopped Rick calling out his name a couple of times. The old Daryl would have beaten that guy senseless. Rick is toughening up, Daryl is still tough, but now a bit more sensitive and caring.

Who would have ever thought of a Sheriff’s deputy planning to kill officers? Rick has crossed the line!

Perhaps Dawn will come to her senses of abandoning the idea that things will be back to normal. She could be to Rick what Andrea is to Rick in the comics. I see a bit of Lori in her resemblance. Could Rick do a double take when they meet guns drawn?

Also, let’s not forget about Sasha and her eyes lighting up like it was Christmas when Bob came in to the picture. Nice head-butt, Bob! Prepare to meet her brother’s hammer soon =]]

Side note: I have a great feeling Glenn will die in the season finale or by mid-season of season six.

February 8, 2015 shall conclude season five!
